Uses: Bok choy is a great solo side dish or addition to a stir fry. Separate the stalks from the leaves and cook the stalks for a while before throwing in the leaves, which only need to cook for a minute or two. Try it in a stir fry with garlic, carrots, mushrooms, and chunky pieces of marinated tofu.
