Uses: Russian kale is a sweeter variety of kale, and it gets even sweeter as its cooked. Try it in a salad or cooked with oil and garlic! If you want to zest it up a bit, add a lemon dressing (to raw kale) or a couple drops of fresh lemon juice (to cooked kale).
