Peak months: Doesn’t do well in cold or heat, so best October-November and March-April

Uses: Komatsuna can be eaten raw or cooked, so try it in a salad, pickled, stir-fried, or in a soup! It can generally be substituted for bok choy if you’re looking for recipe inspiration.
