Uses: Tatsoi is often compared to spinach, and for good reason. While its flavor is slightly different, it can be prepared any way spinach can be prepared (sautéed, braised, steamed) or eaten raw. Try it raw in a wrap/salad or cooked with your morning scrambled eggs!
