Uses: Cabbage stores well in the produce drawer and can be eaten raw or cooked. Use it in soups and stir-fries or pan fry it with olive oil, garlic, and chili pepper flakes and serve as a side dish. Thick-leafed cabbage makes great slaw and there are a lot of different varieties of slaw to try. If you have an abundance of cabbage, you could try making homemade sauerkraut or kimchi.
