Uses: Pluck off some dill leaves for a garnish or use the leaves for a more dill-intensive recipe. Pickle-making is probably the most common use of dill, but dill also is great for flavoring root vegetables. Try roasted root veggies (beets, potatoes, turnips, etc.) with dill.
