Uses: Kale is called a superfood for good reason! It’s a powerhouse of nutrients and is a very hearty, staple green. There are a lot of varieties of kale, but curly kale is the most common. Remove the thick stems and eat kale raw, in salads or wraps, braised with garlic and oil and a little vinegar or broth, or toss it in soups. You can also make kale chips or pesto.
